Thai massage originated 2500 years ago and it's still around for a reason. A combination of deep tissue massage along specific meridian lines with assisted stretching leaves you feeling in a state of euphoric zen. Most clients call this massage 'indescribable'. The unique Thai touch increases seritonin levels so you are entirely relaxed (sleeping) during the massage and rejuvenated afterwords so you can continue on with your day. Since we do not speak during the massage you can actually relax. You are wearing comfy clothes and it's done on a mat on the floor. As we say in Thailand: Same, Same but different!
The knots are worked on and you leave feeling loose and limber. Perfect for stress relief! This massage is also perfect for athletes, stretching then massaging the muscles.
We have a balance pole in the studio that Teri uses to walk on the hamstrings, buttocks and backs for the 90 minute hard pressure massage - men LOVE it!

Yui graduated from ITM International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2008 and has been traveling and doing Thai massage ever since. When she was 19 years old she started traveling the world and ending up living in Thailand for 6 months, then went to India to learn yoga. She is a traditional Thai massage teacher as well and trained at the accredited Thailand Ministry of Education and has massaged in Thailand and Japan. She even knows blind massage techniques. We are thankful Yui is living here in Canada instead of living amoung the dangers of Japan.

Teri is the OWNER of MIND BODY THAI MASSAGE and attended ITM International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand in September 2007 and opened Mind Body Thai Massage in December 2007. This incredible school has been training students from all over the world for the last 20 years. Teri has also taken courses in Reiki, Reflexology and Ayurvedic (Indian) massage and even traveled to India to experience it for herself. Teri has traveled the world extensively and has had millions of different kinds of massages originating in Thailand, China, Japan, Bali, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Dubai, Greece, France, Italy, and Hawaii.
Teri specializes in massaging men for 90 minutes and even has a balance pole to walk on men's backs which is of course, incredible.
